Indoor balloon installs can last several days - and up to sometimes weeks! Outdoor installs typically last 12–48 hours, depending on weather and placement.
Yes, we have a $300 minimum for custom installations (typically based on project size or delivery distance). Grab & Go garlands have no minimum and are great for smaller celebrations.
We’re based in The Woodlands, TX and proudly serve areas including Spring, Conroe, Magnolia, Cypress, Houston and all of it's surrounding areas! Based on project size and scope, we may also travel further! Delivery fees may apply depending on the location.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. For larger installs or events with multiple elements, even earlier is better!
Most projects will require a down payment and/or a signed contract to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the installation. Grab-and-Go purchases will require payment in full upon pickup. Larger orders may require a down payment.
We have a growing selection of rental items including backdrops, marquee letters, moonwalks, and more. Ask us about adding rentals to your balloon install!
Absolutely! We love custom requests and can match your event colors, theme, or inspiration photos. Let’s make it one-of-a-kind!
Balloon decor is sensitive to weather—especially heat and wind. We’ll work with you to make the best plan possible, but unfortunately, we can’t guarantee longevity in outdoor conditions.
Yes! For custom installations, we handle delivery, setup, and teardown (if needed) all of which will be priced up front and transparently in your estimate. Grab & Go items are pickup only.
